Recently, two core recycling processing machines from AEMK manufacturing base have finished assembly and commissioning, including vertical hydraulic metal baler and high-tonnage heavy hydraulic gantry shear. The machines are ready for delivery to global customers, expanding the product portfolio of solid waste recycling equipment.

The green vertical hydraulic metal baler adopts thick welded frame with grid stiffeners. The bright green main body is fitted with three orange high-pressure main hydraulic cylinders, and a hydraulically locked side door is installed on the side. Designed for light scrap metal, iron sheet, aluminum scrap and cans, it compresses loose waste into dense uniform bales, greatly reducing material volume and cutting storage and logistics costs. It is widely used for medium & small scrap metal recycling yards.

The heavy-duty gantry shear in workshop is undergoing final hydraulic system installation. It features a heavy welded gantry frame with highly recognizable red cutter assembly. Multiple high-power hydraulic cylinders are mounted on the top, with an inspection platform for engineers to maintain pipelines and valve groups. This gantry shear can process thick steel plates, scrapped vehicle frames and heavy industrial profiles. It cuts large scrap metal into standard feedstock for steel smelting, ideal for continuous heavy-duty production in large scrap steel processing bases.

The baler and shear form a complete matched solution, covering the whole process from heavy scrap cutting to light material baling.
