AEMK heavy-duty hydraulic gantry shear has completed on-site installation at a scrap metal recycling yard in Shandong, ready for formal commissioning and production.

The gantry shear adopts an integrated long feeding table design, which can continuously feed bulk scrap steel, thick steel plates, and waste profiles. Equipped with multi-group high-pressure hydraulic cylinders, it delivers tremendous shearing force to cut large and bulky scrap metal into standard-sized fragments in one stroke. The robust welded main frame ensures stable operation under long-duration heavy-load working conditions.

On-site, the equipment is placed in the scrap metal processing area. Cooperating with excavators for material feeding, it greatly improves the efficiency of scrap metal pretreatment. The centralized hydraulic valve group and independent electric control cabinet simplify operation and daily maintenance, effectively lowering downtime.

This machine will be used for processing heavy scrap metal materials. After being sheared, the scrap steel can be directly delivered to steel mills as qualified furnace raw materials, helping recycling enterprises reduce processing costs and increase economic benefits.
